Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is hiring a Head of FP&A to own forecasting, cash flow, and channel economics across a fast-growing multi-channel business. This fully remote role reports to the SVP of Finance and leads our FP&A team while partnering with Marketing, Product, Retail and Ops leadership.

We seek someone who loves working with data, can operate with ambiguity, and turns raw numbers into actionable insight. Build scalable planning processes to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience in omni-channel CPG.
• Track record building scalable, repeatable planning processes.
• Comfortable with modern data warehouses and BI tools.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modeling.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Own DTC financial modeling, cohort, CAC/LTV, retention-based revenue forecasting.
• Lead Retail P&L, consumption planning and trade forecast including promos.
• Analyze channel profitability by SKU, channel, and account to guide pricing and investments.
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity forecasting with weekly/monthly models.
• Lead cross-functional forecast reviews with Marketing, Retail, and Ops leads.
• Model new product and channel investments, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Build scalable, repeatable planning processes for future growth.
• Contribute to Board and investor reporting; mentor team.
