Job summary

DoiT seeks a Corporate FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in a remote US-based role (Eastern or Central time). You will own a defined portfolio of financial reviews, payroll and cost analysis, and data builds powering our standard financial review process.

Grow into a senior role within 18–24 months while partnering with the Corporate FP&A Lead and VP of Finance. If you’re obsessed with accuracy, deadlines, and turning data into actionable insights, this is your role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
• Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
• Familiarity with an ERP system (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company a plus.
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Excel — can build and maintain complex models.
• Strong data accuracy instinct — notices when numbers don’t add up before anyone else does.
• SQL knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation for monthly close and CFO reporting packs with accuracy.
• Own end-to-end departmental financial reviews and deliver preliminary commentary.
• Produce monthly payroll and non-payroll cost analyses with variance review.
• Maintain product/segment P&L, and support investor reporting data inputs.
• Partner with Finance Tech to automate repetitive data tasks and document close procedures.
