Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Strong modeling skills using Excel and FP&A tools.
• Experience with SaaS/Fintech environments and data platforms.
• Fluent with AI tools and SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to C-level.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Model SaaS and payments economics, including revenue and margins.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to evaluate initiatives and pricing.
• Own dashboards and KPIs for real-time financial visibility across SaaS and payments.
• Manage FP&A tooling and data integrity; drive automation of reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
