DrFirst is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with the CFO and executives to align financial goals with business strategy, while guiding a high-performing FP&A team.

This remote-first role emphasizes leadership, deep financial acumen, and collaboration with accounting, operations, and business partners to drive value and profitability across the company.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in finance; a solid grasp of accounting skills is a significant plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
• 15+ years of experience, with majority spent leading financial planning and analysis functions and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate others.

• Develop FP&A strategy with the CFO and senior leaders.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
• Align FP&A with business needs and decision-making.
• Develop scenarios and models to assess financial impact.
