Job summary

TradeCentric, LLC is seeking a Manager (orSr. Manager) of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and growth.

This remote US-based role reports to the CFO and requires 5+ years in FP&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and QuickBooks; PE-backed or SaaS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting with department heads and implement planning templates.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
• Provide financial modeling and data-driven insights for leadership.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for executives and lenders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting needs.
• Assist with investment evaluation and spend optimization.
• Support M&A activities with financial due diligence.
