The position is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the U.S. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, structuring transactions, creating templates, and advising internal clients while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external

Qualifications

• JD degree and bar admission in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in tech/contracts within healthcare.
• Experience with HIPAA and privacy/security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial and technology contracts.
• Lead end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
• Create and update template agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams.
• Advise internal clients and manage regulatory risks.
• Interface with external counsel on disputes.
• Monitor regulatory trends affecting the business.
