Job summary

Harris Healthcare is seeking a business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. The role concentrates on U.S. healthcare and technology contracts, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This remote position is open to qualified attorneys in the United States. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience from a respected firm or company, strong drafting skills, and sound business judgment.

Qualifications

• JD required and active State Bar membership.
• 4+ years of experience in well-respected firm or company.
• Experience with HIPAA, data privacy and security in US healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for customers and vendors.
• Lead structuring, drafting, reviewing, and closing corporate and commercial transactions when appropriate.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
• Advise internal clients and cross-functional teams on regulatory and contract matters.
