Job summary
Harris Healthcare is seeking a business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy. The role focuses on technology contracts, software licenses, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA, with global/regional privacy considerations.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a well-regarded firm or company.
- Strong understanding of legal issues under technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA.
- Highly motivated, organized with strong business judgment and drafting skills.
- Experience with international privacy laws a plus (GDPR, UK).
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts for customers and vendors.
- Lead end-to-end structuring and closing of corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
- Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Harris Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
