Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team, focusing on US healthcare and technology contracts. The role is remote and open to candidates across the U.S. with 4+ years of experience and a JD.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, advise internal clients, and work with external counsel as needed. The position reports to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, health coverage, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US healthcare law incl. HIPAA and data privacy.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology/software license agreements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to advise business units.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters for Harris Healthcare units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
• Lead structuring and closing of corporate transactions when appropriate.
• Create template agreements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advise internal clients and coordinate with external counsel.
