Job summary
Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the Legal Team in handling matters for multiple business units across U.S. healthcare and technology sectors. The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong drafting and business judgment, and familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy laws.

Qualifications
- JD degree and active State Bar membership.
- 4+ years of experience at a reputable firm or company.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment in technology contracts.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters for assigned Harris Healthcare units.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (license, reseller, service, development, NDA).
- Lead structuring and closing of corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
- Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and external counsel; assist with dispute resolution.
- Monitor regulatory trends and risks.
