Harris Healthcare is seeking a business-oriented Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. The role centers on US healthcare and technology contracts, HIPAA matters, and software licenses, with a remote work arrangement open to applicants in the United States.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, you will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, advise internal clients, and help drive Harris’ growth while upholding rigorous legal standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a JD degree and be a member in good standing of a State Bar.
• 4+ years of experience at a well-respected firm or company with focus on technology contracts and US healthcare laws (HIPAA).
• Strong drafting, negotiation and business judgment with ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for legal matters for assigned Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including licenses, reseller, service, development and NDA agreements.
• Lead structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing corporate and commercial transactions based on experience level.
• Create and maintain template agreements; collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams.
• Advise internal clients, interact with external counsel, and identify regulatory risks and trends.
