Job summary

Harris Healthcare seeks a corporate counsel to support its Legal Team in handling healthcare and technology contracts. This remote role, based in the U.S., requires 4+ years of experience, a JD, and bar admission.

You will report to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, and work across business units to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate transactions. Responsibilities include creating templates, advising internal clients, and monitoring regulatory risks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US healthcare law incl. HIPAA and data privacy.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology/software license agreements.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Lead structuring, drafting and closing of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to advise internal clients.
• Identify legal risks and trends in a changing regulatory environment.
