Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in complex B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Growth mindset, high integrity, and collaborative spirit aligned with Camunda’s values.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and close with corporate prospects.
• Partner with marketing, partner teams, sales development, and customer success to create compelling journeys.
• Position Camunda’s approach to agentic orchestration with technical and business leaders.
• Accurately forecast, generate/manage pipeline, and meet or exceed quota with integrity.
• Collaborate across the business to share learnings and strengthen our sales playbook.
