With 5+ years in software/SaaS contracts, you will leverage CLM tools and excel in communication and commercial judgment while supporting remote operations and ETZ coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts management experience in a fast-paced software/SaaS company.
• Strong aptitude with AI-assisted contracting tools and CLM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Legal intake queue, triaging requests by type and priority.
• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, customer agreements, vendor agreements, and SOWs.
• Lead the shift toward AI-enabled contract workflows and refine AI playbooks.
