Job summary

QAD Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to establish and manage the legal intake queue, review and draft NDAs, customer and vendor agreements, and SOWs. This role emphasizes AI-enabled contracting workflows and refining AI playbooks to accelerate business negotiations.

With 5+ years in software/SaaS contracts, you will leverage CLM tools and excel in communication and commercial judgment while supporting remote operations and ETZ coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts management experience in a fast-paced software/SaaS company.
• Strong aptitude with AI-assisted contracting tools and CLM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.

Additional Information:

• Base pay range: $95,000 to $109,000 USD annually.
