Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to optimize the commercial legal function across the organization. You will own CLM workflows, manage Ironclad and DocuSign, and build scalable self-service processes to accelerate contract cycles.

You will implement AI-powered review and risk flags, partner with IT and Sales, and report to the Director of Legal Operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or contract management at a technology company
• Hands-on CLM system administration and workflow design
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments preferred
