QAD Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead global contract operations and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, and Professional Services.

The role sits in the Eastern Time Zone and focuses on transforming contracting processes with AI‑first workflows. You will draft and negotiate NDAs, customer agreements, CSAs, vendor contracts, SOWs, and amendments, while maintaining templates, CLM usage, and a high standard of compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of contracts management experience in a fast‑paced software/SaaS environment.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours (preferred) to cover global teams.
• Startup mentality with ability to build and scale new processes and playbooks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted contracting tools and CLM platforms.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global Contract Operations and manage the intake queue with routing and SLA adherence.
• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, customer agreements, CSAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Drive AI‑First contracting by scaling automated intake, review, and responses.
• Refine templates, manage CLM tools, and maintain a transaction‑ready contract repository.
• Advise business teams on contracts, renewals, compliance, and risk mitigation.
