Job summary

CPG, a leading data center services provider, seeks a Contracts Administrator (Legal) to oversee an AI-enabled contract management lifecycle remotely. The role covers proposal-stage terms through contract execution, administration, and compliance monitoring, including subcontractor flow-down.

Strong analytical and FAR/DFARS knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, implementation planning, testing, and SOP development to ensure risk is managed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract management, procurement, legal studies, finance, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience reviewing, managing, or administering commercial, professional services, consulting, technology, government, or customer-facing contracts.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management software, document management systems, workflow tools, AI-enabled review capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, documentation, and prioritization of requirements for an AI-based contract management software solution, including intake, review, approval workflows, clause libraries, obligation tracking, document storage, reporting, search, analytics, security, permissions, and auditability.
• Engage internal stakeholders to define current-state challenges and future-state contract management needs.
• Research available AI-enabled contract lifecycle management platforms and assess their ability to support CPG's processes.
• Develop evaluation criteria, participate in vendor demonstrations, compare software capabilities, assess implementation effort, and recommend a preferred solution.
• Coordinate software selection activities, including requirements traceability, vendor questions, scoring, risk assessment, cost considerations, implementation planning, and leadership decision support.
• Lead or support implementation of the selected platform, including configuration, data migration planning, template and clause library setup, workflow design, reporting structure, user roles, and governance procedures.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing, workflow testing, data validation, AI-assisted review testing, permissions testing, and reporting validation before full deployment.
• Develop standard operating procedures, user guides, training materials, and adoption plans to promote consistent use of the software across CPG.
