Job summary
Post University seeks a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to advise institutional stakeholders on contracts, Title IX and ADA, IP, privacy, and regulatory matters. Remote role with limited travel, collaborating with University Counsel and the legal & regulatory team to draft, review, and negotiate agreements for online and in-person programs.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited US law school.
- Attaining approved house counsel status in Connecticut is required.
- Strong critical thinking and excellent legal analysis skills.
- Interest in developing expertise in contract review and key contractual provisions.
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements, strategic partnerships and data privacy/contracts.
- Reviews outgoing student communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provides legal advice relating to ethical operations and compliance.
- Assists with international compliance for a growing international student population.
- Supports the legal and compliance groups on privacy, GDPR, FERPA, and related laws to ensure university compliance.
- Performs legal research and develops educational material on legal and regulatory issues.
