Job summary

Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to act as a legal advisor to institutional stakeholders, supervised by University Counsel. The role focuses on contracts, Title IX, ADA, IP, privacy, IT, and other regulatory matters for in-person and online programs, with extensive drafting and negotiation of documents.

The position is fully remote with very limited travel, and requires developing expertise in higher education law while supporting the legal and compliance teams across

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts and policies.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements, strategic partnerships, and data/privacy/IP matters.
• Reviews outgoing group student communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provides legal advice relating to ethical operations and compliance.
• Assists with international compliance for international students.
