Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to advise institutional stakeholders on contracts, Title IX, ADA and privacy matters. The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements to support online and in-person education, under University Counsel supervision.

Responsibilities include compliance with GLBA, GDPR, FERPA, NCAA, and other regulations, with limited travel and a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school.
• House counsel status in Connecticut required.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements including vendor and technology agreements, and data/privacy and security matters.
• Advise on ethical operations and compliance.
• Assist with international compliance for a growing international student population.
• Support privacy, GLBA, GDPR, NCAA, FERPA, TCPA, Title VI, and marketing compliance as learned.
• Perform legal research and prepare educational resources for stakeholders.
