Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst for a remote-based role with nationwide reach. You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring policy and legal compliance across the contract lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in contracting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Industry familiarity with healthcare-related contracts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or preferred.
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and supporting various contracts.
• Proven experience in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts for policy and legal alignment.
• Monitor contract performance and milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on contractual procedures and best practices.
