Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is recruiting a Contracts Analyst for a remote nationwide role focused on reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts to ensure policy alignment and legal compliance.

You will monitor performance, identify risks, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide guidance on contracting procedures while supporting audits and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field (Preferred).
• 4+ years' contracting experience, including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Strong ability to review and summarize contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts for policy and legal alignment.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance and milestones.
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contract terms with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide training on contracting procedures and best practices.
