Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst (remote) for a nationwide role. You will review and analyze commercial contracts, assess risks, and maintain accurate contract records to support growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of contracting experience, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate policy and legal requirements across federal and commercial agreements. You will collaborate across departments to drive compliant contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to review, analyze, and summarize contract terms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts for policy alignment.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing terms with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract execution.
