Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field (Preferred)
• 4+ years' experience in contracting (federal and commercial) including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
• Must have subject matter expertise in reviewing invoices.

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting commercial agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on contracting questions.
