The position emphasizes compliance with company policies and legal standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Health-related field, 4+ years in contracting, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or health-related field.
• 4+ years contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and supporting commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to review, analyze and summarize contract terms and provide feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with audits and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout life cycle for compliance and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting contracts.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
