Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

This remote role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders across departments. You will monitor contract performance through lifecycle milestones, draft and finalize terms, and stay current on applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years contracting experience including drafting and negotiating.
• Strong ability to review, analyze, and summarize contract terms for stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts for policy and legal compliance.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and suggest mitigations.
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance and training on contract procedures to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on laws and industry standards impacting agreements.
• Coordinate vendor activities and perform research on contracting questions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
