Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. You will monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate contract records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with contractual terms and service milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms and conditions with key stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
