• 4+ years of contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating.
• Proven ability to draft, analyze, and summarize contract terms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies.
• Proficient in reviewing various commercial contracts.
