You will review and analyze contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, manage multiple projects, and advise stakeholders. The role requires 4+ years of contracting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' contracting experience, including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Must have proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Must possess strong ability to review, analyze and summarize existing and potential contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders and management.
• Experience with reviewing invoices.

Aufgaben

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with contractual terms and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms and conditions with key stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting commercial agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
