Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst to review and analyze commercial contracts, assess risks, and maintain accurate contract records to support growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to company policies and legal standards. You will draft, negotiate, and finalize terms with stakeholders, monitor performance, and provide guidance on contracting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' experience in contracting including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Ability to summarize contract terms and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Support special projects (including audits) and engage with executive leadership.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing agreements).
• Subject matter expertise in reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting contracts.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
