Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/finance/health-related field.
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven proficiency in reviewing and supporting commercial contract agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones throughout the life cycle.
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.
• Provide guidance on contract procedures to internal stakeholders.
