The ideal candidate has 4+ years in contracting, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with invoices and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/health field.
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and supporting various contract types.
• Experience reviewing invoices and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial contracts for compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigations.
• Support renewal, amendments, and terminations of contracts.
• Provide guidance on contractual procedures and best practices.
