Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts across federal and commercial contexts. You will help ensure compliance with company policies, monitor performance, and maintain precise contract records.

You will identify risks, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in renewals and terminations, while staying current on laws and industry standards affecting agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years of contracting experience including drafting and negotiations.
• Proven experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and supporting a variety of commercial contract agreements.
• Strong ability to summarize terms and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with audits and engaging executive leadership.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing).
• Subject matter expertise in reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the lifecycle for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting commercial agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
