Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You will monitor performance, support renewals and amendments, and stay current with healthcare and contracting regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field (preferred).
• 4+ years’ experience in contracting (federal and commercial) including drafting, negotiating and supporting various contract types.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts for policy and legal alignment.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance and milestones.
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on laws and industry standards affecting agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight; research contracting questions.
