Signature Performance is seeking a Contracts Analyst to review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring policy compliance and legal standards. The role supports multiple stakeholders and maintains rigorous contract records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Preferred).
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and supporting various commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting various commercial contract agreements.
• Strong ability to review, analyze, summarize contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Support special projects (including audits) and engage with executive leadership.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing).
• Subject matter expertise in reviewing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts for policy and legal alignment.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting procedures and best practices to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors and conduct research on contracting questions.
• Perform related duties as required.
