ACL Digital seeks a Contracts Administrator for a 6‑month contract in Santa Monica, CA (Fully Remote). You will draft work orders, review master agreements, and ensure compliance across Legal, Procurement and vendors while guiding internal stakeholders through contracting steps.

The role requires 1+ years contract management with a degree as specified; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for timely execution and reporting.

Competenze

• Master's Degree and 1+ years contract management experience, or Bachelor's with 3+ years, or High School with 8+ years.
• Experience with contract negotiations for goods/services in biotech/pharma or life sciences is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Draft work orders and statements of work based on vendor quotes and requirements.
• Review master agreements to ensure activity within scope and compliance.
• Flag out-of-scope items and coordinate with Legal and Procurement.
