Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume workload.
• Experience in default mortgage servicing preferred.
• Prior experience managing a vendor network beneficial.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight to ensure NFR has adequate coverage to handle all preservation orders and manage contractor performance.
• Assign work orders and negotiate pricing adjustments.
• Manage performance of contractors and conduct onboarding interviews.
• Expedite orders and research contractor disputes.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with independent contractors to support operations.
