Qualifications

• Entry-level role with 1–2 years of administrative or related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the contracting team.
• Work with contracting templates and flowcharts.
• Handle initial space requests and vendor confirmations.
• Create cover sheets for rate comparisons and drafts.
• Gather signatures and file documents per SOP.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Attend Contracting and other team meetings as required.
