Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer-facing roles with strong English communication skills.
• Experience with contractors or home services preferred; proficiency in Excel and CRM.
• Ability to work with US-based teams and overlap with US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect contractors and trade professionals with service requests and ensure timely homeowner assistance.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with service providers across designated regions.
• Complete daily tasks according to management priorities and performance expectations.
• Assign technicians to work orders, confirm appointments, and follow up on service execution.
• Track work orders and update records using CRM systems.
