Road Scholar is seeking a Contracting Coordinator to join our fast-paced contracting team. This entry-level role reports to the Senior Manager, Contract Administration, and provides administrative support for contract management, ensuring documents flow smoothly per procedures.

The position supports internal teams and vendors worldwide, with remote work options and hourly compensation based on experience. You will assist with contracts, vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with a global team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the contracting team.
• Process contracting documents and templates.
• Coordinate vendor communications and space requests.
• Attend meetings and support TRM department objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
