First American is seeking a contractor relations support professional to assist with hiring cycles, document collection, and policy training within the Home Warranty division. You will contact contractors nationwide, answer questions about procedures, and help ensure accurate paperwork and onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with pay ranging per hour and a fully remote work option available for qualified candidates in the United States.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years vendor management, customer service, sales, or outbound telesales.
• Basic Commercial Insurance knowledge.
• Good organizational, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Home Warranty or real estate experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and fill/close acquisition requests from area managers.
• Assist contractors with questions on home warranty procedures.
• Overcome contractor objections and partner with prospective contractors.
• Make outbound calls to contractors across the U.S. to market and join our contractor network.
• Set up both physical and digital contractor profiles.
• Follow up with all parties to obtain required paperwork including contractors, license boards, and insurance companies.
• Assist contractors with first time billing through First American's online contractor portal.
• Negotiate pricing within First American guidelines.
• Ensure contractor coverage for territories by monitoring reports for volume and hiring needs.
• Train new employees in procurement processes and document Falcon changes and reporting tools.
• Work with Marketing on new ways to market First American to contractors.
• Assist in daily and monthly production reporting.
