Responsibilities

• Type estimates, create orders, review photos, and generate client invoices for property work.
• Issue payments to contractors for completed work and verify documentation.
• Provide bids, and discuss invoicing edits with contractors and clients.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of mortgage industry work types and client requirements.
