Job summary

ABB is seeking a Contracting Key Account Manager - West to lead strategy and relationships with major contractor accounts in the Western U.S. The role is remote with a preference for Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Denver. You will manage growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across ABB's Electrification IBC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or marketing equivalent.
• 12 years' electrical industry experience including contractor and distributor work in specified US regions.
• Strong understanding of electrification products and contractor quoting experience.
• Experience with market analysis and structured business development plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the account plan and growth actions for large contractor accounts.
• Understand key business drivers and risks, translating them into impacts for ABB.
• Develop sales strategies and long-term plans for the account.
• Define sales targets and monitor market price developments and competitor activity.
