Job summary

SH/FT is a consultancy bridging marketing, data, and technology to drive transformation. We seek a Contract Technical Program Manager to join the PPMO team, coordinating client delivery on SaaS engagements like Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.

You will lead delivery across multiple client engagements, scope billable work, and manage budgets and timelines while aligning with client partners and internal leads.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context.
• Project Management fluency with clear communication and governance.
• Background spanning PM and PO with backlog ownership.
• Platform and SaaS delivery experience including major enterprise tools.
• Web and software experience with translating requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery, manage budgets and timelines on active engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align delivery approaches with stakeholders.
• Assist discovery, define requirements, and develop statements of work.
