Merkle is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud to lead enterprise transformation programs for global brands. You will connect clients, architects, engineers, product teams, and executive leadership to ensure delivery that yields measurable business impact.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and drive execution with distributed teams while balancing requirements and constraints across disciplines.

Qualifications

5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Technology Delivery experience.
Experience leading large, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Proven success managing budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud programs from discovery through delivery and adoption.
Develop program roadmaps, governance models, delivery plans, and success metrics.
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive alignment across business, marketing, product, data, engineering, and executive teams.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors; facilitate steering committees.
