Job summary

Triwill Group seeks a Contract Technical Program Manager to join our PPMO team, supporting SaaS and platform engagements with Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce. This Independent Contractor (1099) role is about 30 hours per week, initially for a 3-month term, with potential conversion to full-time based on performance.

You will lead client delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, scope and manage statements of work, and protect margins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery in a consultancy or agency context.
• Project management fluency and clear communication.
• Background spanning PM and PO across methods.
• Platform and SaaS delivery experience including website builds and migrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery: Lead project teams to meet client expectations while managing budget and timeline.
• Cross-functional partnership: Align delivery approach with engineering, operations, and client partners; flag risks early.
• Scoping and discovery: Define requirements, write assumptions, develop SOWs to protect client outcomes and margin.
