Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program or project management.
• Proven success delivering complex software/technology programs across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern tech stacks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Based in or willing to work from the Denver, Colorado area.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technical programs.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Drive planning ceremonies, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead mitigation and escalation efforts.
• Establish and improve program management processes and tooling.
