Outreach is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance and more. You will guide cloud-first architecture strategies, streamline processes, and drive scalable system integrations in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success guiding complex programs across multiple systems and teams.
• Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with business context.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Own program execution — drive scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate high-level goals into documented requirements enabling scalable solutions.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment with priorities.
• Improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows.
• Assess architecture, data, and integration impacts; influence scalable design decisions.
• Drive teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across groups with competing priorities.
