Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Technical Program Manager I to lead the definition, planning, and delivery of complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration. Remote (EST) with 12-month engagements and exposure to executive stakeholders.

You will drive program scope, schedule, budget, and risk management; coordinate across AI/automation and enterprise tooling; mentor teams and ensure on-time delivery with quality. Must have strong communication and agile facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/CE or related) is required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus; experience with large programs is valued.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget; manage risks.
• Engage executive stakeholders and perform strategic program planning.
• Coordinate internal teams and contractors to meet requirements and schedules.
